The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office seeks Tribal and Native Hawaiian input to inform U.S. Government positions on issues under discussion at the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) Intergovernmental Committee on Intellectual Property and Genetic Resources, Traditional Knowledge, and Folklore (traditional cultural expressions) (WIPO IGC). Framing questions may be found in the Dear Tribal Leader Letter (DTLL) or in the Federal Register Notice (FRN) linked below.
