[Nmtriblibs] 2020 GO Bond Reimbursement Requests

Directors,

If you or your Finance Dept. intend to submit 2020 GO Bond Reimbursement Requests before the end of this fiscal year (June 30th), please get those completed and to me by next Tuesday, June 27th.  It is acceptable to scan and email the required forms along with the supporting documents (invoices and proof-of-payments).

For anything received after June 27th - I can't promise that I'll have time to process the paperwork before my fiscal year closes on June 30th.  And if there are any errors w/the forms, or required documentation is missing, the request will have to be resubmitted with the forms redated in the new fiscal year 2024 (July 1, 2023 - June 30, 2024).

FINAL 2020 GO Bond reimbursement requests must be into the State Library by next April 1, 2024.
