<span style="background:yellow;mso-highlight:yellow">next Tuesday, June 27th</span>. It is acceptable to scan and email the required forms along with the supporting documents (invoices and proof-of-payments).<o:p></o:p></span></b></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><b><span style="font-size:12.0pt">For anything received after June 27<sup>th</sup> – I can’t promise that I’ll have time to process the paperwork before
