On behalf of the Transportation and Capital Outlay Division, as well as the Indian Education Division (IED), thank you for your continued partnership with the Public Education Department (PED). By now you should have received House Bill (HB) 505 Tribal Libraries Construction Application; we’ve also attached to this e-mail. The Transportation and Capital Outlay Division, in collaboration with IED, will host a virtual Q&A session on Friday, July 7, 2023, at 9AM-9:30AM. Please join us to ask questions about the application and award process.

Directly noted on the application is the following information:

“Award amounts will be determined by the New Mexico Public Education Department (PED) based on submission of cost estimates from a qualified professional and documentation of readiness to proceed.”

Please do not wait until July 7, 2023, to ask questions and/or start the application. The Transportation and Capital Outlay Division is available to answer questions and support the application process.
