This email is to let you all know that I am retiring on Thursday, 2/29/2024.



It has been a pleasure and privilege to serve you all over the last 5+ years. I’m grateful to have known many of you personally, and happy to have known many more via email, phone, and Zoom.

As of now, the State Personnel Office has not posted the Library Development Bureau Chief position announcement, so it will be a bit of time before a new Library Development Bureau Chief is available. In the interim, Eli Guinnee, the State Librarian will be working with Development to ensure a smooth transition.
