<p class="x_MsoNormal">As of now, the State Personnel Office has not posted the Library Development Bureau Chief position announcement, so it will be a bit of time before a new Library Development Bureau Chief is available. In the interim, Eli Guinnee, the
State Librarian will be working with Development to ensure a smooth transition.</p>
