Good afternoon Youth Services staff!
My last bit for you all is your Summer Reading 2021 surveys! In this email I've attached 2 different survey links (and PDFs). Please read carefully about the difference between the 2!


  *   Librarian survey https://forms.gle/VZbM9twAdsWU3RM78. This is what YOU will fill out at the end of your program and what will get you a voucher for SRP 22. If you do not conduct a program this year, that's okay! But you still have to fill it out!! One of the first questions asks if you conducted a program and if not you say no and then it takes you just a couple of questions and this will suffice for the voucher purposes.
  *   Parent survey https://forms.gle/NSYukPWV144z6g5B6 (and in Spanish https://forms.gle/PuNGg3RHNKGw8Lr17). This is for your parents and caregivers to fill out about the impact the program has had on their child(ren). The information gathered here is incredibly important for the report we give to the IMLS which funds the program. This survey is completely voluntary but highly recommended. I've also attached paper copies of both the English and Spanish versions.

My Library Development colleagues will be the ones in charge of wrapping up the surveys and if you have questions, don't hesitate to reach out to them at sl.development at state.nm.us<mailto:sl.development at state.nm.us> and that will go Dale Savage, Patricia Moore and Carmelita Aragon and any of them will be able to help.
