<b><u>YOU</u></b> will fill out at the end of your program and what will get you a voucher for SRP 22. If you do not conduct a program this year, that’s okay! But you still have to fill it out!! One of the first questions asks if you conducted a program and
if not you say no and then it takes you just a couple of questions and this will suffice for the voucher purposes.

report we give to the IMLS which funds the program. This survey is completely voluntary but highly recommended. I’ve also attached paper copies of both the English and Spanish versions.
