Good morning Youth Services staff!

I just wanted to share something that my counterpart in Iowa, Angie Manfredi (and bonus she used to be the head of Youth Services in Los Alamos!), has sent to her libraries. It’s a list of resources you can share with your parents during these weeks with the kids at home to help keep them educated and entertained. Please don’t hesitate to share any others that you come across with the list, we’ve gotta help each other through these times!

Hope you all stay healthy and safe and I’m here if you need to brainstorm ideas or help with anything. I know a lot of libraries that have closed are focusing on weeding and that’s kind of my most favorite thing in librarianship so if you have questions with that, I’m always happy to help!
