Good Friday morning Youth Services staff!
Well, we've made it (almost) through another week! I just wanted to send you all some reminders/updates/info.

  *   As your Summer Reading Programs come to a close, please don't forget to fill out the end of summer survey. Even if you were unable to conduct a program this year you'll still need to fill it out in order to receive your manual and funding for next year. One of the first questions is "Did you have a SRP" and if you choose "No" there's just a couple questions to answer. The survey can be found at: https://forms.gle/2GKTTT99rvkfqiN1A and will be available until the end of August. And remember completion of this survey is the only requirement to receive your manual and funds for next year so it is imperative you fill it out!!!
     *   I've had some questions about this and there is not a parent survey this year, I thought that would be too much to ask for this year with everything else going on.
  *   Since March we've been offering TumbleBooks free to everyone without needing a library card; unfortunately our free trial ends August 31st and we won't be continuing with the service. If you have links on your website or social media, those will need to come down in September or your patrons will be asked to login in order to access.
  *   Don't forget that CSLP is hosting 4 listening sessions in August for the general membership (that's YOU) to speak (up to two minutes) or listen on the topics of the slogan for 2022, the theme for 2024, and the CSLP election that will take place in September at the "Annual Meeting." All 4 sessions will be on the same topics, this just allows for more people to attend. Hopefully, I will have the list of potential slogans and themes and slate of nominees before the first session and I will share that out to you all. I will then cast a vote on behalf of New Mexico in September and hope to have your feedback during that time so it will be beneficial if you all could attend at least one listening session. I will be at all 4 sessions and hope to see some of you there!
