Good afternoon Youth Services staff!
There's a new Explora video up on https://summerreading.nmculture.org/events-2020/, Three Billy Goats Gruff: Science Investigation! Remember to submit your slogan and theme suggestions for future Summer Reading Programs at https://forms.gle/3ZS1fUECG34WNv4x7. Deadline is next Tuesday, July 14th, so please add your voice to be heard nationwide! And on that same note, CSLP is looking for people wanting to run for office:
The nomination form for open CSLP positions will be open until Friday, July 31st.  Nominations can be submitted at: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScsBYp_GR1Ku1bLg7ISkofzd2dfkRSj3JCgP4ibwqjSb9LcoQ/viewform
Open positions:
*  President-elect (3 year term=President-elect, President, Past-President)
*  Adult Manual Committee Chair (2-year term)
*  Early Literacy Manual Committee Chair (2-year term)
*  Inclusion Committee Chair (2-year term)
*  Statistics Committee Chair (2-year term)
*  At-Large Position (2-year term)

As was the practice last year, we will be accepting self-nominations.  The election slate will be sent out at least four weeks before voting, per CSLP by-laws. Voting will take place at the virtual annual meeting on September 16th. All newly elected members of leadership will begin their terms on January 1, 2021.
