Youth Services News End of summer survey

Good morning Youth Services staff!
I have finally completed the end of summer survey that is required in order to qualify for funds and your manual for next summer. It looks a lot different this year due to circumstances so there's a lot of yes and no questions and depending on your answer will take you to different places. If your library did not conduct a program this year, that's okay and there's a section for that as well- I'd like a little information as to why not (more detail than just "COVID" please!). As soon as you finish your program, please fill this out! I counted it last year and I think I sent it out 8 times, hopefully you all won't need that many reminders this year! Deadline is August 31st and the form will email you a copy of your answers so if you don't receive that, I never received your answers. Make sure to hit submit at the end and you'll see a thank you message. If anyone has any problems while filling it out, please let me know.
