Youth Services News Social Media Archiving

Does anyone use a Social Media Archiving service/software?
Are they expensive? I looked on Tech Soup and didn't find any.
We heard about a town getting sued for a deleted Facebook comment that someone made on the Libraries post and then the person deleted their comment and it
caused a problem with the public records law.
Any information will be helpful.
