As reported in Legislative Bulletin #20, The Governor signed SB 275, the Capital Outlay Projects bill, providing $1.576 billion in projects statewide. In reviewing the library projects in SB 275, it was discovered that there were actually 43 library-related projects, rather than 42. The total funding was $7,634,000. The omitted project was at the San Pedro Branch of the Albuquerque Bernalillo County Library.

In addition, the Legislative Finance Committee compiled and released a list of the amount each legislator allocated for each project. A legislator might submit many projects in their original Capital Outlay Request, but at mid-session they have to choose which projects and what amounts they will actually choose to fund.

The attached chart updates the chart from Legislative Bulletin #20.  It adds in columns I-P the names of the legislators who funded library projects and how much they allocated. Below line 60, there are lists showing legislators who funded library projects, and a list of the top ten funders.
