Directors,

As we turn out attention to the 2020 GO Bonds, I want to provide an update:

ALL Fully Executed 2020 GO Bond Grant Agreements have been sent out to library directors, along w/finance personnel copied when I had that contact info.

If you didn’t receive yours, check your email again, check your junk folder, check your spam folder.  THEN email me and request that I send it again.  😊 of course, I’m glad to do so.

The library’s individual allocation will be encumbered in the State’s financial system when your GOB PO is created.  I’ll have a copy of your multi-year 2020 GOB PO out to you via email as soon as they become available.  It may be a bit of time yet before those are ready.  We always appreciate your patience – especially where those Grant Agreements were concerned.

I will be updating the 2020 GO Bond webpage, https://nmstatelibrary.org/services-for-nm-libraries/funding-libraries/go-bonds/2020-gobs , with the Exhibit 1 and Exhibit 2 forms, along with the NOO forms.  I intend to ‘tweak’ the forms a bit to make them even more understandable (an ongoing quest).  I know many of you are ready to go w/those NOO forms ASAP!

So go forth and start planning your spending which will include well-thought-out, smart decisions. You have until April 1, 2024, to figure it out.
