[Nmtriblibs] Good news (for most) about the 2020 GOB Grant Agreements

Directors,

I've had several inquiries about your 2020 GO Bond Grant Agreements and when you might expect the fully executed versions (fully signed).

The good news is that we've rec'd back 14 of the 18 Agreements.  That, of course, means we're waiting on four and I don't have a timeline as to when they will be returned.

As soon as I hit the Send button on this email, I'll will contact all of you individually and provide the Agreements which I do have and contact the four directors who have a bit of a longer wait.

With signed Agreements, the process of creating the GO Bond POs can begin. This involves finance staff from several groups - the State Library, DCA and DFA.  As soon as possible, I'll get those POs out to you.
