<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">The good news is that we’ve rec’d back 14 of the 18 Agreements. That, of course, means we’re waiting on four and I don’t have a timeline as to when they will be returned.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">As soon as I hit the Send button on this email, I’ll will contact all of you individually and provide the Agreements which I do have and contact the four directors who have a bit of a longer wait.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
