[Nmtriblibs] ATALM map of North American Native Nations and Cultural Institutions

In case you haven't heard yet, ATALM has created a map where your tribal library can be featured. New Mexico's Pueblos and Tribes all appear to be located on the map, but not the tribal libraries so far.
