Good morning library directors,

Please forward this email to individuals who assist with completing the annual report.

FY20 Annual Report Webinar Check-in today at 10:00AM. This is an opportunity to ask questions, etc.

NOTE: It is recommended to use Firefox or Chrome to attend this webinar. A popup blocker notice may appear, click appropriately to continue into meeting room.


·       When signing in, please include the following: First/Last name and Library Name. Example: Michael Westen - NM Public Library


·       Please note, when viewing this page, it will indicate the meeting will be 1+ hours - it will not be 1+ hours, this is extra time built in for set up, discussion after the presentation, etc.



·       When first joining the meeting, the When:  will show 30 minutes earlier than the ACTUAL start time. This is time we allow for troubleshooting any issues prior to starting the webinar. The meeting will begin promptly at 10:00AM.

Instructions for Setting Up Audio


·       Before joining the meeting, ensure any external microphones or headphones are plugged into the computer.



o   If using a computer tower, use of an external microphone (plug into the appropriate jack on the tower) may be required.

o   If using a laptop, plug in headphones or use the laptop's microphone.

  *   Once joined, an Audio and Video Connection box will appear --> Select preferred Audio Connection from drop down box (Call Using Computer or I Will Call In).



o   Ensure No Video is selected from the Select Video Connection dropdown box before proceeding with audio connection. After selecting No Video, click the green Connect Audio button.


·       Once connected by computer or phone, you should see a headset or phone icon next to your name.

NOTE: If you do not see the appropriate icon, you will not be able to hear the webinar.

Reminder: the deadline for expending all FY20 state aid funds received has been extended to September 30, 2020. Please work with your financial officer to ensure all FY20 state aid funds are expended on eligible items by then.
