Hello Tribal Library Directors,
Following please find the updated timeline for the TLP Grants for Fiscal Year 2020.  If you need to request a waiver, please let me know and I will send out the appropriate information.  I believe that the following timeline should provide ample time for planning, budgeting and spending your TLP Grant. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or comments. Grant Program Timeline

October 1, 2019                      Applications sent out.



November 1, 2019                  Applications due (postmark date, hand-delivered or emailed) by 5 PM; Requests for waiver or variance due.



December 1, 2019                   Grant awards announcement.


May 15, 2020                          Ending date of grant period; all funds must be encumbered. (i.e. You must spend every last cent of your TLP award).



May 15, 2020                          Final invoices and payment requests due to State Library for Reimbursement.



June 30, 2020                          Final financial reporting to be submitted as part of the FY20 Annual reports (July 1, 2020 - mid-August, 2020).
