[Nmtriblibs] Edit to TLP Application

Hello Tribal Library Directors,

It has come to my attention that there is contradictory information in the TLP Application material that I sent out last week.  Under the heading Review of Applications, please delete the highlighted sentence (To be eligible for review, grant applications must be postmarked or emailed by December 31, 2019.  Only complete application forms from eligible institutions will be reviewed).
Please follow the timetable that appears a few paragraphs below the deletion:



Grant Program Timeline



October 1, 2019                      Applications sent out.



November 1, 2019                  Applications due (postmark date, hand-delivered or emailed

                                                    by 5 PM; Requests for waiver or variance due.



December 1, 2019                   Grant awards announcement.

May 15, 2020                            Ending date of grant period; all funds must be encumbered. (i.e. You must spend every last cent of your TLP award).



   Final invoices and payment requests due to State Library for

 Reimbursement.



June 30, 2020                             Final financial reporting to be submitted as part of the FY20 Annual reports (July 1, 2020 - mid-August, 2020).
