For the Tribal Librarians. Please call or email the Speaker, Representatives Lundstrom, Roberto "Bobby" Gonzales, Javier Martinez, Rodolpho "Rudy" Martinez, Tomas Salazar, Nathan Small, Harry Garcia, Melanie A. Stansbury, Candie G. Sweeter, Christine Trujillo.

Call the Governor's Office as well and ask her to support the Tribal Libraries

Ask them to support HB670 and express how important Tribal Libraries is to the education infrastructure in your community. Inform them that you have been working with the State Library prioritizing which libraries need renovation, which need expansion and which need new construction. Inform them that this is a high priority for the tribal leaders and for Transform Education New Mexico in response to Yazzie. Without tribal libraries , the Yazzie Decision  will not have an impact addressing the finding to support extended school services, summer school and after school programs.
