[Nstc] Yankee Tavern, a thriller, opens Friday November 30

The next production at the Black Box is the exciting thriller, Yankee Tavern, written by Steven Dietz, and directed by Ceil Herman.
Yankee Tavern opens Friday, November 21 at 8:00 pm and runs through Sunday, December 7 at 2:30 pm. 

I have enjoyed directing several Steven Dietz plays here at the Black Box including More Fun Than Bowling, Becky's New Car, Rocket Man, Shooting Star, and most recently, Bloomsday. Each has been completely different and contained many challenges. Yankee Tavern is a thought-provoking and entertaining play about possible events centered around 9/11. Our excellent cast includes Bob Alvarez, William Harrold, Autry Rebekah, and Atticus Starrit who embrace those acting challenges and bring these complex characters to life. The Light and Scenic Design is by Peter Herman, Costume Design and Stage Manager is Autumn Gieb, Properties Design is by Darlene DeMondo, Assistant Stage Manager is Jose Luis Solorzano, and Rod Thompson is the Board Operator. 

Performances are:

Friday, November 21, 28, and December 5 at 8:00 pm
Saturdays, November 22, 29, and December 6 at 8:00 pm
Sundays, November 30 and December 7 at 2:30 pm
Thursday, December 4 at 7:00 pm
