This Saturday, September 17, The Super Secret Improv Troupe will have an  
IMPROV JAM at 7:30 p.m. at the Black Box Theatre (430 N Main Street in Las  
Cruces). Join Erin Wendorf, Casi Galban, Joshua Taulbee, Gina DeMondo, &  
Rachel Thomas-Chappell, and play the games and tell the stories with us, as  
we have fun once again. Participation is not required, though, so if you
want to just watch, that's perfectly fine! Either way, we look forward to
seeing you! $10.00 cash at the door, vaccinations required, masks optional. 


This Sunday, September 18 and Monday, September 19 at 7:30 both nights, No  
Strings Theatre Company will hold AUDITIONS for their holiday production of  
Miss Bennet:Christmas at Pemberley. Auditions will be held at the BBToo  
building located at 717A N. Mesquite Street inLas Cruces at 7 pm. Miss  
Bennet: Christmas at Pemberley continues the story of the Bennet
sisters from Pride and Prejudice. The middle sister, Mary, ponders her
future as three of the sisters meet at Lizzy’s home, Pemberley, for  
Christmas. Still needed are 2 men in their twenties. Auditions will consist  
of cold readings from the script. A perusal script will be available at the
Ask Here desk at Branigan Library from Sunday, September 11.

The next No Strings production, Tennessee William’s THE GLASS MENAGERIE,  
directed by Joshua Taulbee. The Glass Menagerie opens Friday,
September 23 and runs through Sunday, October 9. The Glass Menagerie is a  
memory play by Tennessee Williams. It premiered in Chicago in 1944, and  
moved to New York where it won the NY Drama Circle's Critic Award in 1945.  
The Glass Menagerie was William's first successful play and he went on to  
become one of America's most highly regarded playwrights.
