time. Capitol visitors will be required to show proof of vaccination; people with verified exemptions will need to show proof of a negative COVID test. Masks will be required except for eating or drinking. The first floor chambers and offices are limited to

within the Department of Cultural Affairs budget. Our presence supports the inclusion of robust funding for the 2022 Library General Obligation Bond Issue and for State Library programs for public, rural and tribal libraries. We'll send more information as
