do full children’s, or hire a children’s and let Tracey do admin etc. There’s no budget, but everyone here agrees we would if we could. The need exists. Don’t know if that helps you.

<p class="MsoNormal">I am the "designated" youth librarian however my actual job title is "library specialist" We only have 3 staff members right now with an opening for 1 more part time. We have the library director (full time), myself (full time), and a library
assistant (part time). I handle all the youth programming as well as regular day to day things like manning the front desk, answering reference questions, assisting patrons with computers/faxing/copying or finding books, etc. I also do cataloging, inventory,
and weeding on a regular basis.<o:p></o:p></p>
