We are considering this idea. However, I'm trying to sort out legal and privacy issues. I think teens would have to send all videos to the library to post, so that the library can take them down later to honor the publishers' rules. Teens wouldn't be able to post to social media on their own. At the same time, if we are soliciting videos and posting them, what do we have to consider for the teens' privacy? Should parents/guardians sign a release form?
