<p>Today's Daily Drop-In for Public Librarians will feature State Librarian, Eli Guinee, leading a discussion of issues and guidelines for phased or staged reopenings for libraries.<br>

<p>Please come ready to offer your questions, thoughts, and plans for how you can manage reopening your library and reestablishing services in a safe, effective manner.<br>

<p>As food for thought, I've included links to a couple of short articles, a libguide from the Missouri State Library, and ALA's Pandemic Preparedness page. I've also attached a draft of a phased reopening plan for the State Library's Public Services Bureau
developed by Lori Thornton and Laura Caldarone.<br>
