Youth Services News awe station replacements

Hello Youth Services folks,

We are in the position of suddenly needing to replace two AWE stations 
for the wider age range of 2-12 and have been quoted a cost of nearly 
$4000 per machine. Do any of you have alternatives for durable, 
maintenance-free, internet-free computers with games for children?

The stations came up with a blue screen of warnings which the AWE 
providers said meant there was a hard-drive problem or something 
similar. Have any of you had success in having AWE stations repaired?
