Youth Services News Question about deposits from the library

My predecessor did it this deposit weekly, but the accountants really don't keep up that quickly with the bookkeeping, so I do it monthly.

Good Afternoon, 



We have been making a monthly deposit to the city of the money we get from the services our library provides; Copies, printouts, faxes, ect. We are wondering what kind of schedule other libraries use whether it be daily, weekly, or monthly deposits of funds? Our city is looking at how often we need to be making the deposit so I am reaching out to see what the average is.
