Youth Services News REMINDER: SRP Survey Links for Parent/Caregiver and Librarian Surveys!

Good morning Youth Services Staff,

Below are the links to the Parent/Caregiver Survey and the Librarian Survey.

Parent/Caregiver Survey


  *   These surveys are for the parents and caregivers to complete and are about the impact the summer reading program has had on their child(ren).
  *   The information gathered with these surveys is incredibly important for the report we give to the IMLS, which funds the program.
  *   This survey voluntary, but highly recommended.
  *   Attached are paper copies of both the English and Spanish versions. Please note, if a parent/caregiver chooses to complete a paper survey, you must then enter their answers into the online form.

Librarian Survey


  *   This is the survey YOU complete using the link below at the end of your summer reading program to be eligible for a voucher for SRP 22.
  *   If you do not conduct a summer reading program this year, that’s okay, but YOU still must complete the Librarian Survey to be eligible for a voucher for SRP 22!!
  *   Simply answer the question, Did your library conduct some sort of Summer Reading Program this year?  with No. Answering No then takes you to only a couple of questions to answer, and this will suffice for being eligible for a voucher for SRP 22.
  *   Please note, if YOU do not complete the Librarian Survey, you will not receive a voucher for SRP 22.
