Hello from KOAT Channel 7 and Read to Me! Literacy Network

We will soon kick off a new effort to improve children's literacy in New Mexico. We hope that over time, "KOAT Books for Kids" will become as well-known and beneficial as "KOAT Koats for Kids".

Your participation as a drop-off location for donations of new or gently-used books between July 5 -23rd will make all the difference in the success of this new effort. Channel 7 will also be featuring stories about Literacy through the rest of this year.

If you have questions about the Book Drive details on the flyer which accompanies this document, please call Adeline Herrera, Account Executive, KOAT TV 505-250-6662.

If you have questions about the disposition of the books (we will be VERY flexible!) when the Book Drive ends on Friday July 23, please call Dave Orner, Coordinator, Read to Me! 505-681-6325.

Thanks for your consideration !!
