Good morning Youth Services staff!
Last year the State Library didn't offer SRP parent surveys because of the craziness of COVID but we have them this year! I'm still working on the online version but I wanted to get you the paper versions as soon as possible. In years past I've offered an additional CSLP voucher for the NEXT summer to the library that returns the most surveys in their population tier and we'll do that again. The tiers are based on the legal service area and are: >40,000; 10,000-39,999; 2,000-9,999; <1,999.

There will be an online version you can direct your patrons to fill out as well as a QR code you can put on flyers, bookmarks, websites that will take people directly to the online survey but I know some like the paper version as well. As it was in 2019, I will require libraries to input the paper surveys into the online survey themselves; it used to be me inputting 1,000+ and took a very long time which help up the whole voucher process. We'll get into that a little further into summer but for now you have the paper versions in both English and Spanish (thanks to Nadine Jiron and Maria Ehlers for translating!) and be on the lookout for the online version, hopefully soon!
