Youth Services News Daily Drop-In for Public Librarians

Good evening everyone,

I'm seeking out resource books that are good for beginners new to working in a small library. We have some funding through the IMLS Basic grant for PD. I have one staff member who could benefit from learning more library basics but the learning will have to come in book form as online courses are not an option. If you have any resources you count on that are user-friendly I would certainly appreciate any recommendations.
