Youth Services News Summer reading performer has equipment stolen

One of our patrons alerted me to the fact that magician "Tall Paul," who
came to the library last summer, had his car and all equipment stolen. He
got his car back, but his equipment was gone.

She mentioned how much her grandson, and all the children and parents, had
enjoyed his show, and asked me if the library could collect donations for
him to be able to buy some new equipment. I don't have the authority to
start collection on behalf of the library, but I passed the information
along to my director and to our library friends group. I did share his
contact information with the lady, and I will share it here in case anyone
would like to act on it.
