Good (still just barely) morning Youth Services staff!
I just wanted to encourage you to sign up for the upcoming STEM workshops that Explora is holding for us at 3 different libraries later this month. They'll be all about how to do STEM programs in your library with common products (nothing super expensive to buy, usually stuff you already have hanging around) and this batch of workshops is all about SPACE!! They created these specifically to tie in with Summer Reading. It's a half-day workshop 10-2:30 (half hour for lunch) and they are FREE to attend!!   *   March 22nd at Loma Colorado Library in Rio Rancho
  *   March 26th at the Bayard Public Library
  *   March 28th at Hobbs Public Library

Explora is also working on some new STEM to Read kits that will be ready before Summer Reading, subjects to be revealed at a later date and time, and those that attend the workshops will have first dibs on scheduling one... particularly one that may have something to do with looking up at night outside at things above us...
