Good morning Youth Services staff!
And HAPPY SUMMER!! Unfortunately, we're off to a smoky start here in Santa Fe (and I imagine a good portion of the state is also feeling the effects of a fire in Arizona). To celebrate this joyous occasion that felt like it was never going to happen I have 2 books to giveaway to 1 library: A Lullaby of Summer Things and Independence Cake (see picture). All you have to do is email me (directly, not the whole listserv) YOUR favorite part of summer! Mine is easy- warm days, and sandals, and ice cream, and lots of daylight, and the smell of freshly mown grass, and baseball and and and. I love summer! Contest closes Monday, June 24th 8 a.m.
