Good morning Youth Services staff!
As you're wrapping up your Summer Reading programs, don't forget to fill out your librarian survey. This is the one that will get you a voucher to purchase items for next year's program as well as guarantee you a manual for next year's program. If I don't receive a survey from your library by August 29th, you'll have to purchase all items using your library's funds. The link to fill out the survey is: https://forms.gle/4WUgXbejLQ3ypX428. Google will email you a copy of your answers once you hit submit, if you have submitted and haven't received that email, that means I also did not receive your survey so you'll need to resubmit.

Don't forget to encourage your parents to fill out a survey as well. This is not required but it is extremely important, as the information reported in these surveys are a large part of what I report to the IMLS which is the federal funding agency we get money from for Summer Reading. If you've provided paper surveys to your parents/caregivers- don't forget you'll have to input the data into Survey Monkey (it's very short, should take only about a minute per survey). The libraries with the most surveys returned in their population tier (there are 4 tiers this year, up from 3 in past years) will receive an extra $50 voucher to purchase items for next year. And if you'd like a copy of all the surveys returned for your library, just let me know in late August, early September and I can get that info for you! The links to the survey are below:
