Henrietta's First Winter, hot chocolate, snow ice cream, great big fluffy soft socks warm sweaters cargo pants with a good book and a snowy day, the rainbow prism sunlight sparkles on snow, run outside in freezing cold turn on your car run back inside wait 20 minutes and go back out to a nice cozy car, the smell of hot homemade soup simmering while the weather is blustery and cold outside, I'm so glad I paid the gas bill, snow day / no school / sometimes no work, looking cute in a new winter outfit, etc etc

Good morning Youth Services staff!
I have a selection of holiday/winter books that I've been wanting to give away, I just didn't know how. But as I sit here looking out my window at the last of the snow we received yesterday it came to me... what is your favorite cold weather activity? Since I strongly (VERY strongly) dislike all things cold weather, maybe one of you can convince me of an upside to this time of year! Email me your favorite activity by today (Monday) at 4 PM and be entered to win the pile o' books in the picture. I'll enter everyone into the Name Picker Ninja and randomly select a winner.
