<p class="MsoNormal">These Agreements are set up for <span style="color:#404040">
electronic</span> signatures. Once you receive the Agreement, <span style="color:#404040">
if you are not the authorized agent to electronically sign, please use the ASSIGN TO SOMEONE ELSE feature within DocuSign. This can be found under OTHER ACTIONS once you click REVIEW DOCUMENT. </span>An authorized agent
<span style="color:#404040">is </span>generally a mayor, or the head of City Council or perhaps the Finance Director of the City/Town Hall. It needs to be someone authorized to sign an Agreement w/the State of New Mexico.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Once the authorized person <span style="color:#404040">electronically
</span>signs the Agreement, it will <u>automatically</u> be forwarded to the next person in line – in this case, that will be the State Librarian, Eli Guinnee. Once all signatures are obtained,
<span style="color:#404040">DocuSign will send you, the director, a </span>fully executed Grant Agreement and you can send copies on to whomever may need them.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">I’ve attached the public libraries spreadsheet and the tribal public libraries spreadsheet denoting your 2022 GOB allocations. For both public and tribal public libraries, your allocations are approximately twice that of your 2020 GOBs.
The Legislators and voters approved the 2022 GO Bonds at twice the amount of the 2020 GO Bonds.<o:p></o:p></p>
