<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">As promised, here’s the November update for the 2020 GO Bonds with only 5 more months to submit those reimbursement requests.

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Unfortunately, there hasn’t been much progress overall.
<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">As of today, Nov. 1, 2023, public libraries have requested 29% of their GO Bond Allocations, up from 27% last month. For comparison, at this point in time w/the 2018 GOBs coming to a close, public libraries
had requested 40% (yep, you read that correctly) of their GOB allocations.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Tribal public libraries have requested 15.8% of their GO Bond Allocations, up from 15.5%. At this time, back in 2021 when the 2018 GOBs only had 5 months left, tribal public libraries had only requested 6.3%
of their total GOB allocations. Looks like some of the tribal public libraries are busy and making progress.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Good thing we have five months left because there’s still a lot of money laying around on somebody’s table! For all I know, you’ve all spent your money, but you (or your finance people) just haven’t had the
time to take care of the paperwork. Here’s a little nudge to get that done and off your desk and onto mine!<o:p></o:p></span></p>
