<p class="MsoNormal">Yesterday the House of Representatives failed to concur in the Senate amendments to the bill, and the Senate failed to recede from its amendments. The bill went to a Conference Committee this afternoon, where the differences were resolved.
Both chambers accepted the Conference Committee report, passing the bill. HB 2 now goes to the Governor. In addition to the New Mexico State Library budget, the General Appropriations Act includes:<o:p></o:p></p>
