<p style="background:white"><span style="color:black">New Mexico <a href="https://www.srca.nm.gov/parts/title04/04.005.0009.html" target="_blank">Administrative Code 4.5.9</a> has been amended to allow the State Library to pass through more than 25% of federal
funding to public and tribal libraries. With apologies for the delay, I am now able to release American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) grants to public and tribal libraries. You will have until September 30, 2022 to spend the funds or return them to the State Library.
