I had a lovely conversation with one of the vendors from AWE Learning Systems last week.

They have some sales going on through the end of May. She has the paperwork ready to go with quotes for both the full computer setup and tablets, W-9s (if needed), letter for sole source, and more. She has also been working with libraries around NM with those wanting to upgrade/trade in their old AWE systems for new ones. So, there is that option, is well, if you like.
