1. NEA staff will review grant application guidelines, the application process, and how tribes and Native serving organizations can approach these funding streams. 2. Audiovisual Workshop - Community Partner Application: The Community Archiving Workshop (CAW) is seeking one or more Native cultural institution partners to bring their unprocessed collections of audiovisual materials (film, video, audio recordings) to the October 24 "Audiovisual Collections Care and Management Workshop" in Oklahoma City as part of the 2023 International Conference of Indigenous Archives, Libraries, and Museums. Under the supervision of audiovisual professionals, the materials will be inspected, labeled, and inventoried by teams of workshop participants. CAW members will provide the partnering cultural institution with a prioritized inventory and preservation recommendations after the workshop. 3.  2023 Guardians of Culture and Lifeways International Awards Program: Nominations for the prestigious "Guardians of Culture and Lifeways Awards" are due June 12. 4.  ATALM2023 Early Bird Registration Now Open: Join ATALM in Oklahoma City, October 24-26 for three days of programming, networking, and fun!
