2024 ARTISTS IN BUSINESS LEADERSHIP FELLOWSHIP APPLICATION

First Peoples Fund (FPF) supports culture bearers & artists to be self-determined. We recognize them as the threads that sustain the cultural fabric of a community. They are holistic leaders and knowledge carriers that seek and share knowledge and skills; inspire and motivate others; and support themselves and their families. FPF's fellowships support these goals and strengthen the Collective Spirit®<http://www.firstpeoplesfund.org/what-we-do> of culture bearers and artists.

The program's purpose is to develop independent, satisfied, and credible Native artist entrepreneurs who are generous in spirit. Through the Artist in Business Leadership Program artists get the technical support, professional training, and working capital they need to pursue arts business development goals for themselves and their families as they seek to start or grow a thriving arts business.


This is a one-year program and we expect that your application clearly details your proposed project within a one-year timeframe.


GRANT AMOUNT: $7,500-$10,000

SELECTION ANNOUNCEMENT: December 2023
