[Nmtriblibs] INFO: FY23 State Grants-in-Aid

Good morning,

The POs for FY23 state aid for tribal public libraries are currently pending and should be approved sometime next week.

I am out of the office next week, but I have prepared the payment request sheets, so they are ready for processing once the POs are approved. I will process payments for those who have returned their grant agreements upon my return Monday January 23, 2023 (given that POs are approved).

I sent an email on December 15, 2022 with the tracking spreadsheet to help prepare for how to expend all FY23 state aid funds by June 30, 2023. Attached is another copy of the tracking spreadsheet and guidance sheet.
