[Nmtriblibs] Reminder - TLP-SSP Special Grant - June 30, 2023 deadline

I wanted to send a reminder that all TLP-SSP Special Grant (afterschool and summer, linguistic and cultural programming) money must be spent by June 30, 2023.

There will be NO extensions allowed on this, as this date was determined within the legislation that put forth the funding.
