For those of you who are awaiting the House Appropriations and Finance Committee hearing on HB 88, it will likely be heard later this afternoon at best. The Committee was scheduled to begin at 1:30 pm. However, the House floor session is still in progress. When they finish with the bills they choose to debate, they usually take a half-hour lunch break before starting the afternoon committee hearings.
