Good morning, all!
I am interested in putting together a book club. Any tribal library staff member can participate.

My thought is this will be done virtually (maybe one or two in-person meet ups). We would read a different book each month and have one meeting that month to discuss the book. The books can be an indigenous author or topic. I'm thinking mostly fiction. It can be done during the evening (on your own time) or during the day (as part of your work day). The books would be chosen by the group from a selection of titles provided by the group and myself. Also, when I run a book club meeting, I usually do not have specific questions or presentations, but rather let the conversation go where it needs to, guiding if necessary. In some past virtual book club sessions I've done, I've been able to invite the author (this of course depends on the author).

Please let me know if you are interested. I put together a quick survey for those who are interested to gather more info. https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSe4Plo4JjQq7VvTDrpMg1ka_oR6oDhHNFqqXeUWe5nTCs3Bqw/viewform?usp=sf_link
Please pass along to other library staff.
